Connect 360 with Macbook

I recently downloaded and installed Connect 360 for my new Macbook. I have everything setup and running fine, but I'm having some trouble streaming content. I can only get a few select movies to show up while I'm trying to stream. All the movies are in the same folder and are the same format, but I can't seem to solve the issue. Any ideas? They would be greatly appreciated.

What format are the movies?

all the movies are mp4, the ones that work and the ones that don't are all the same which is why i'm stuck...
