Connect a Macbook to a TV via Boot Camp

A friend called me and asked how he would send whatever is on his MacBook display running Windows (via Boot Camp) to a TV?

He says he has the connections but doesn't know how to send the signal from the computer via the DVI output to a TV. Anyone know so I can pass the information his way?
