Connect Caldigit TS3 and Element Hub issue

Hello all friends! I have been using Caldigit Ts3 plus for a long time (all devices, hard drives and SSDs are connected to it) and I am very happy with it, a cool product and very high quality. I used it with my Imac Pro and everything was fine! Now I have sold the Imac Pro and bought a Macbook M1 Pro Max and also bought an Caldigit element hub. Tell me how to properly connect all devices to my macbook pro? I connected them sequentially as indicated on the Caldigit website. But now I have a problem with connected disks, the Caldigit Docking utility does not see disks connected to TS3 (it displays to Element Hub), I can't understand what's the matter (I would like to use one cable to connect all devices and also extract all disks with the utility..

What do you care what the docking utility says if the disks work? Do the disks work? Is the Element Hub connected to the Thunderbolt port of the TS3+? If the Element Hub is connected to the USB-C port of the TS3+ instead, then the Element Hub will appear as only a USB hub.

Show the PCI, USB, and Thunderbolt tabs in System Information.app.

Какое вам дело, что говорит утилита дока, работают ли диски? Диски работают? Подключен ли Element Hub к порту Thunderbolt TS3+? Если вместо этого Element Hub подключен к порту USB-C TS3+, то Element Hub будет отображаться только как USB-концентратор.
