I think i know the answer but i want to make sure before i start buying
I orded the 27" iMac

3.4GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7
16GB 1333MHz DDR3 SDRAM - 4x4GB
2TB Serial ATA Drive
AMD Radeon HD 6970M 2GB GDDR5
Apple Magic Mouse + Magic Trackpad
Apple Wireless Keyboard (English) & User's Guide

I got a 2.66 Dual Core 2008 model with my sony connected Displayport ==> DVI to HDMI converter ==> HDMI ==> Sony

If i buy this cable it will connect with thunderbolt?
