Hi everyone,

I am an iPhone used from 1st Gen iPhone till iPhone 4s (then i switched to other OS). Now I purchased my latest iOS device the 6s plus ... and as expected it is awesome. The only problem which I am having is sometimes during normal usage i get this black screen (attachments) which goes away when I press any button. I am concerned if this is some sort of malware as I have never experienced this thing in the past, nor do I see any such issue reported online.

Any advise / help please?

I have not seen this but its odd the word Back is pushing into your provider name. The font is large compared to the font used for time and carrier as well. I'm assuming this is an application that is presenting this message and not the OS.

Thanks for the reply. Any idea how I can determine which app is generating this error!
