Connect to Server?

Mountain Lion takes 30 seconds to 1 minute to list shared network directory. also printing via ethernet.
In Snow Leopard it was instant connect.
Anyone can help?

Then see if you Reset your SMU to see if that helps. Upgrading OS X sometime screws of communication protocols sometime by keeping a old communication stack and not changing it to the new version.

Thanks for ur reply, i just reset SMU, PRAM AND SAFE BOOT.
That didn't help.

Is the "shared network directory" using SMB? If it is then read the blog post How nsmb.conf and other tips affects slow SMB file sharing. See if these hints help slow smb sharing.
