Connect to wifi to play itunes movie on iphone

Hi this one movie I purchased from iTunes and playing on my iphone creates an error message

The message is "Connect to wifi to play movie" and the the movie quits playing

I'm running ios 9.2 on iPhone 5s

How do i fix this? Wifi is fine as well

You say wifi is "fine", but how much bandwidth do you have on your wifi connection. HD movies need a lot of bandwidth....Ultra HD can take 25Mbps or more. SD takes 3 -5, and regular HD takes 5+.

If you don't have enough bandwidth, you will probably generate that error...

That doesn't answer my question.....HOW MUCH INTERNET BANDWIDTH DO YOU HAVE?
Is the movie in Ultra HD, HD, or SD?
