Connecting HDMI monitor to nMP

Hey guys,

Do I just pick up an HDMI to DVI adapter or mini display port to DVI? Just curious of both will work and of there is any advantage one over the other.

How do you know that? The title, if correct, says "Connecting HDMI monitor to nMP"

The first post indicates something different (maybe connecting to a DVI port), but tarsierspectral needs to come back to verify what he actually has.
For example, a large DVI display (27-inch or more) would likely need a dual-DVI adapter.

Ahhhhh, so sorry guys. I was rushing this morning and wrote a wrong subject.
Yes, I meant my monitor is DVI and the nMP has HDMI and mini display port. Which adapter should I choose?

Because I was the same boat like him so I know it right away.

Either HDMI or mini DisplayPort, your choice. I prefer the Thunderbolt ports, unless you have multiple displays that you want to use, or larger screens that might be more suitable with HDMI, such as an HDTV.

It would help to know what you have for a monitor.
