Connecting midi keyboard to imac

Is this all I need to connect a midi keyboard to my 17" flat panel iMac to use with Garageband? They keyboard is a Creative Blasterkey keyboard. Thanks.

The link leads to nothing, because the session timed out. But I think you want something like this. But I don't know for sure because I'm looking for the same thing and this is what I found.

Does anyone know if this will work? Or of any other products?
