As said, a wired connection should "just work."
Depending on what OS you're using, a browser that will even render web pages can be difficult to come by. If you are running OS 9, fire up Internet Explorer 5 and you SHOULD be able to grab Classilla from their Gopher server at this address gopher://gopher.floodgap.com/1/gopher/clients/mac/ . It's moderately usable, and is designed to present itself as an older Nokia smartphone and render the mobile versions of websites.
For Tiger, there are a few other options but Safari should let you get to TenFourFox. TFF is a fork of Firefox that's maintained for PowerPC computers. For a stock Cube, you need the 7400 version.
You need to find out what version of the Mac OS is installed. If it still has some version of Mac OS 9 (the older Mac system), then you probably only need to plug an ethernet cable in, the other end of that cable goes to a router, and perhaps restart your Cube.
If it boots to OS X, then you just plug the ethernet cable in, and you shouldn't even need to restart.
Probably the first step is to try to start your cube. (Sometimes you get free computers that no longer work!)
Good luck.
Thanks. I have OS X 10.3.9 will that work with some browser?
TenFourFox doesn't work on Panther because it's…Panther. Thanks,I'm using Mac OS X version 10.3.9. When I download Tenfourfox it doesn't work. Is there another browser I can use?
How?The best thing you can do for the computer is upgrade to 10.4.11.
Buy a disc or download a DMG and burn a disc (Macintosh Garden has DMGs).How?
