iPhone Connection issues

I'm having an issue where my AT&T service will drop in an area of good service. First the LTE symbol will go away then it will say "searching" and after that it will say no service. However, it will almost immediately change back to being in service with 5 bars after.

Of the tweaks that I imagine could have an impact I have tetherme and 3G unrestrictor installed. Anyone else have an issues or a solution to this problem?

I am sure it's not the result of the jailbreak

Ok good. Just wanted to make sure that wasn't the root cause of any issues. I'm going to try to go to AT&T and get a new SIM card to see if that helps. I just got this phone before the jail break was released so I didn't have any comparison pre/post jailbreak. Thanks for your input.
