Connections on Parallels

Hi,

Using desktop parallels i have choosen "shared conection". I think this allows me to share in the virtual machine the connection i'm using in mac. But if I connect my vpn to work the virtual machine doesn't use it....
How to share the vpn in the vm?

Already tried but don't work.
I'm able to share the internet connection but when I connect the vpn this one is not shared....
