Last night I put them on and noticed I only heard transparency and music out of one ear. After a couple of tries I got them working. This am the sound was breaking up a bit. I re paired them andwill see how it goes. iPhone 12 max Anyone else?

I’m having an issue with connectivity as well. They will not pair correctly to any of my devices. They worked fine for the first day, but since then, they either refuse to pair or they will “pair”, and proceed to refuse to play any audio and ANC/Transparency mode will not activate.

I don’t what could have happened, all I did was put them in the Smart Case and put them in my nightstand overnight.

My partner was able to reset my pair by using this method:

He said he held both buttons for about 20 seconds and it went from green to amber to flashing white.

Try this and see if it works for you.

I had this problem when I first got them. I followed the reset instructions above and paired them again and haven't had an issue since.
