iPad Connectivity issues with Pencil and Smart Keyboard

Does anyone else have issues with their Smart Keyboard and pencil not working properly under iPadOS 13 beta 4?

The keyboard is the one working the best, but it only works like half of the times. Sometimes it works again after disconnecting and connecting again, and at other times not.

The pencil shows battery status when I connect it, and it also says connected under bluetooth settings, but that’s about the only thing it does. I can’t make it work no matter what I do.

I’m running beta 4 on my 3rd gen 12.9” iPad pro.

For me it's fine while the mouse is not connected. As soon as I connect it, it goes erratic. I've got the same issue since Beta Public 1

Mine works ok. 11” iPad Pro 2018. I am also using Apple Pencil and Smart Keyboard folio.

Something not right. Unpair and see if that helps. Pencil 2 support should be a given.

Resetting network settings I assume includes Bluetooth.
