iPod Consolidate library but not movies?

I want to consolidate only my iTunes music, not my movies or TV shows. I have an external drive of 1tb and my macbook drive with only 17gb left. My music takes up only 5gb, but my anime takes up 50gb. How can I keep my anime not consolidated and just the m00sic?
