iPod Consolidating numerous files, same artist.

Aloha,

I have an iPod Classic, 120 Gigs. It has 12,000 songs on it. I have probably 10 files on my iPod for the Beatles alone, as an example. As it is, I can't listen to all the songs by the Beatles without going from file to file. Is there a way to consolidate all those Beatles files into one file? (same problem with many artists.)
