Constant data stream 11.0.2

Anyone else notice a constant data stream in 11? IPhone 7 on 11.0.2, the little pinwheel is persistent both on WiFi and LTE. Power cycle will stop it but it returns. No apps running. Background refresh is off. Don’t know what is pulling data but it’s getting annoying.

Absolutely! It’s been driving me nuts, and it slows your data connection to a crawl. Phone gets warm. If you can do so, report it like I did.

Likewise, I have no idea which app or process really triggers the issue. It’s killing me. People were complaining about this since iOS 11 arrived, and I considered myself lucky for never having seen it. Looks like I finally got bitten!

I and some others had this with earlier iOS versions. Don’t know how it was solved, there were more solutions. Do a google search for “iOS spinning wheel”.
I think I solved it with a hard reset.
