Does anyone know whats causing the crash. I ran Disk Utility and all ran fine in the end but snapshots (backup?) give an error. Startup in Diagnostics said all is fine.. and Safe Mode also runs fine.
Thanks for your help!
I have a 1TB SSD
I have Added 3 reports..

"Does anyone know whats causing the crash. I ran Disk Utility and all ran fine in the end but snapshots (backup?) give an error. Startup in Diagnostics said all is fine.. and Safe Mode also runs fine."

If a Mac boots and runs fine "in safe mode"...
but
DOES NOT run properly when booted into the "regular" user account...
then
"the problem" generally lies with something the user may have installed into his user account.

It could be an app, an extension (kext), perhaps a startup item, something else.

Try downloading and running an app named EtreCheck.
It's free.
That may (or may not) find some "irregularities".

It could be an app, an extension (kext), perhaps a startup item, something else.

ok thanks will do. problem is the error only happens every 2-3 days..Should I run it in safe mode a couple of days?

Given the specific kernel extensions in the backtrace, I would say you are going to need a clean install of your OS followed by, ideally, manually migrating data and reinstalling apps.

I have nearly the same 11,3 model you have, with a 1TB drive (late 2013). The disk was always "problematic" even in the first year or so of use. I ran Disk First Aid, Techtool, and some command line operations to try and resolve. It would always get fixed in the short term, and then a few months later, seem to be a problem. About 20 months ago it started randomly rebooting, and over the next 6 months with increasing frequency. At the end it wouldn't boot. I should note that right before that it passed AHT without issues. I took it into Apple and they replaced everything except the display (logic, top case, and 1TB SSD). It was $600 IIRC. Whatever it was, it is now rock solid.

when was this?
Sept 2017. The estimate was for that amount, but for just the logic board (which was a guess on their part). When I saw everything that was replaced, I asked how were they able to do that for the same amount. Their response was that there was a "maximum charge" to fix this MBP, and once that amount was reached there was no charge for additional work.
This makes sense to me in my experience with professional power tools. If you have the pro version of a Makita drill, it's pretty much a flat charge (at the factory repair center) to fix anything and everything except the battery. At any rate, the repairs were covered by a not-so-great 90 day warranty.
Whether this is how Apple repairs works, or whether this is a repeatable experience -- dunno.

Suddenly started getting this error on my Mac Pro Late 2013 after 45 min use, then more and more frequently. S.M.A.R.T status good, DiskUtil (when it would complete) good.

After several false leads, I opened up the case (see iFixit for tools and help), removed the battery connector and SSD, then put everything back together. Ten minute job once you have the P5 pentalobe and T6 torx drivers. Problem solved.
