Constantly asking for Apple ID Password for iCloud

Hi guys,

I recently upgraded to iOS 5, and since then, almost every morning, the phone keeps asking me for the Apple ID password to for iCloud.

Anyone else have this issue? Any resolutions (besides manually typing in the password on a regular basis).

Mine did that until i manually made a backup of the phone to iCloud, after that it stopped asking and now make the backup automatically.

Don't know if this will work for you, but it's worth a try

I find it's often tied to iCloud servers being flakey. Wait a bit then try again.

I took LarsDK's recommendation. Just did a manual iCloud backup, and once that was complete, it never prompted me again!

Mine is having that issue as well.... Keeps saying Id or pw incorrect. But is not.

Not sure what to do .... But if I can do a manual backup and it might help.

Settings -> iCloud -> Storage & Backup -> Back Up Now.
