Tried restarting. Logging in and out of iCloud. Wifi on and off. Airplane mode works sometimes. Is anyone else getting this?

on IOS/iPadOS 15.6.1 - try turning off iCloud Private Relay. Check port settings on your router's firewall as well as it’s general settings. If you use a VPN, deinstall it temporarily.
