Hey. Hope you’re all well. I bought my new MacBook Pro 2021 16 inch, but I constantly keep receiving damaged models. They range from tiny dots\marks to slightly bigger ones. I’ve had four models so far and can’t seem to get one in a perfect condition. Has anyone else this problem?

The OP must work for a museum. It has to be totally blemish-free, because it's going on exhibit and will never be exposed to the normal wear-and-tear of usage. Or maybe it's going to be placed in storage and sold in 20 years as "Mint in box." By all means, take out the jewelers loupe and ensure that there's nothing that will affect resale value.

I can't say I have a similar experience with my Apple gear, but I don't inspect my new stuff for "tiny dots/marks to slightly bigger ones." Any gear I use is going to accumulate evidence of that use, so I don't look closely when new for slight marks - I'll be adding my own soon enough. And what really matters to me is what's inside. How does the thing work?

I think the plan to sell it as a collectible only works if it's unopened. ?
