iPhone X constantly needing to sign in to iTunes store

I have the iPhone X with latest software. It seems just about every day I get a message telling me to signin to the iTunes store. I don't get this message on my iPad nor does my wife get it on her iPAd or iPhone 7 plus.
Is there a setting I need to change on the X? Any other ideas?

Just sign in once. Then ignore future warnings. Sometimes when an app was attempted to be downloaded but hung up because of congestion, the next day the phone will try to download it and ask you to sign in. It's definitely kinda screwy.
