Contact app showing birthdays dates one day off

Hi, I have just noticed that all birthday dates from my outlook acc are displayed 1 day off in stock contacts app and calendar app. Done some research and apparently it has been an ongoing issue for years.

Has anyone else noticed this issue?

Hi. Had this issue with catalina - with Big Sur it still exists.

iOS and Exchange show correct date.

macOS is adding + 1 for the date - really annoying

It strange because I’m pretty sure it was not the case on one Big Sur beta. The problem is came back since RC.

Another issue.

If I try to correct the entry it deletes all my mail-addresses from that contact.
