Contact Information for Apple QC or Customer Relations

Hi All,

My 2016 MBP suffered physical damage by the Tennessee Repair Depot during a battery replacement--this is the second time they have damaged my laptop during a battery replacement. I have been on the phone with a 2nd level technical support individual for over two hours in an attempt to contact customer relations.

Does anyone have contact information for Apple Customer Relations or the individuals at Apple that are responsible for overseeing their contract repair centers?

I sent several emails to this email account about an iPad that suffered a logic board failure 1 few days after the 1 year warranty expired and never had a response, either automated or otherwise.
