iPhone Contact name and company listed in phone app

I have not had any luck with finding a tweak to do this yet. Wanted to see if anyone here knew of one.

While viewing contacts in the phone app I want to have the contact name listed as it is now. But also have the company associated with them shown. So i don't have to open the contact to remember who the person is. I know I can have the company listed but it doesn't help with several people for the same company.

Anyone know of some way to do this?

Don't know of a tweak, but you could get iContacts+ (free) and just search for the company.
