Contact pictures

Hi,

I am having nothing but problems with the latest Monterey and my contact pictures. They all appear fine on iPhone and iPad but not on my MacBook.

I have done a full clean install of the latest Monterey and all the devices are up to date as well. The contact pictures do not appear on the iMessages as well and again all other devices are fine.

This has just started happening today and that's why I have done the full clean install but it didn't fix anything.

Can someone help please.

I suppose you have all contacts in iCloud? And you have iCloud contacts active in Monterey as well?

How long did you wait for them to appear? It may take a little while.

Other than that, I have learned to wait a few days when something suddenly stops working that has anything to do with internet. Once upon a time, I had spent one full day trying to fix a problem, including with OS reinstalls, backup restored, and so on, only to find out after many hours that there was a general problem in the internet that was causing it.

Yes all contacts in iCloud and active on every device. Changed nothing at my end so I don't know what it could be.
