Contact Poster is not working Consistently

Hi Folks - I have created a Contact Poster on my new iPhone 15 Pro Max and set "Contacts Only". My issue is some of my friends are seeing my updated contact poster and most of them are not seeing even though they are on iOS 17.

My profile picture in Settings is displaying my initials "AS" on my iPhone, MacBook Pro and iPad.

Is there something I need change in settings?
