Contact Posters do not show up

I created my contact poster and it is turned on. My friends also created their contact posters. We’ve been calling each other and none of our contact posters show up. Just a gray screen with our name.

Anyone else having this problem?

Me too! However it’s showing my contact photo as my poster. Same for the person that calls me.

Me and my daughters too, checked twice all the settings and is not working for anyone

One thing I also noticed is that after I made my poster I went back to check it, and it was just a green screen. Then I had to select it out of the lineup again and it defaulted to the correct one.

I also don't see my poster show up on my friend's phone.
