iPhone Contact Shortcut on Homepage

New to jailbreaking and have a question.

Is there a jailbreak that allows you to put icons on your home screen that correspond to different contacts and when you click on them it gives the option to call or text each of the different numbers assigned to the contact?

If you have lockinfo you can enable the favorites widget that does something similar.

You can use it with dashboard x to put it on the home screen.
