Contacts are blank iOS 10

I have this weird bug where when I search for a contact in spotlight. Click the name. And it is blank. So I go out and back in and still blank. I go out again and back in and it fills in. I reset my phone to factory and reloaded everything from iCloud and the same bug. Anyone else have this. I have turned off iCloud and back on and nothing.

I agree. I reset the phone to factory and basically did not do a restore. Just loaded the iCloud contacts and still I get the grey boxes. Super annoying. I slows me down probably 25 times a day.

Try to reset the device, but create a local contact instead of an iCloud contact (i.e. Don't restore from iCloud). I don't have this issue, so I'm not sure if it's your iCloud contacts causing the issue.
