Contacts from "QTEK 9000, PPC" to MBP?

Having invested in the newly released MBP, I would be grateful for any advice/suggestion as to how I may most ideally transfer my "Contacts" etc from the "QTEK" to the MBP - the former is equipped with Bluetooth. Any specific programs to be used etc.? Oeksen37+
