Contacts in iOS 5 labels are limited

Used to have phone numbers listed as mobile and iPhone. Now they are listed as home and I can't change them to mobile or iPhone they don't show up as a type just things like car and radio or assistant.

Any ideas?

My contacts haven't been this screwed up in years. I now have duplicates in exchange and lost all my custom labels on my phone and iPad. I am seriously going to have to dig in to figure out how it happened and the figure out the best co tact management process. I find iCloud is trying to do things that exchange does and they (or I) are getting confused. I probably don't want both trying to manage my contacts.
