Okay some assistance please.....

I've decided to give the Address Book and iCal another chance on my iMac.

I am setup with Gmail and as such also use their Address Book and Calender. I saw that I could then sync up my contacts from my iPhone (through iTunes) to Address Book. There is also a check box in iTunes to sync with Google's Address Book. So I currently have BOTH boxes checked (Sync address book contacts and Sync Google Contacts).

The first time I did that I had double contacts but found where I can display the contacts from my Mac (address book) or my Exchange (Gmail) contacts.

Is this the "correct" way to keep all 3 address books in sync? If it is, which "book" on my iPhone should I use?

I feel like this is twice the amount of work.

Inquiring minds want to know.....

Thanks
