Contacts uing phonetic name instead?

I added a new contact to a friend's 4S. The contact name is "Jesus V". I added a phonetic entry to his contact so that telling Siri to cal "Hayzooce" works instead of calling "Jesus". No biggy, it worked as planned except that now He is listed un "H" and not "J"

Why?

If it bothers you that much, make it a separate contact. Your iPhone will say "Jesus or Hayzoos" when they call, but at least the voice control aspect will work, and the contact will be where you expect.
