I just noticed the contacts on my phone are all in groups yet on the cloud the contacts are in alphabetical order yet on my iPhone 5 they aren't , Why is this I wonder?

Go to Settings then Mail, Contacts, Calendars and scroll down to the Contacts section. There is where you can set the sort and display options.

My screen shot is of iOS 7, but the options should remain the same for the older versions of iOS.

Thanks I thought it may have had something to do with that but wasn't exactly sure , alls ok now What it was was that , there was one section saying first, last and another secton saying last first but thanks i put them both the same nw.
