I updated my iMac to 10.11 and see no continuity .. If I start new email on the phone - no pop up in the iMac. If I open safari on trephine - no additional icon on the iMac dock... Anyone the same issue?

Yeah, I have the same problem on my 6+ on iOS 9 and late 2013 rMBP running El Cap.
I can't use Instant Hotspot either.

I'm having this with iOS 9 beta and 10.10. I'll update to 10.11 later today, but thats unfortunate continuity isn't working with 10.11 and ios 9

Continuity works solid for safari in here.
Mail fails.
Didn't test iWorks because I simply hate using them.
Phone call works perfectly.
Message forwarding seems stop working.
That's all what I know.

Message forwarding doesn't work because the iCloud login doesn't include the phone number in my Messages app on my Mac OS X 10.11 at least.
Also iCloud seems screwed up and not entirely compatible with El Cap, which is the cause for most of these problems including AirDrop not working.

Handoff/Continuity works here. SMS Messages, phone calls, iWork suite, mail (both composing and viewing), notes, contacts, etc...all working as expected.

Do you mean you receive a pop up icon Safari on the dock when browsing something on the phone?
