Continuity, Handoff, AirDrop on Unsupported Macs

Hello,
I have MacBook Pro Mid 2010 6,1 with dosdude1 Catalina.
Bluetooth is already working but i cant use AirDrop, Continuity and Handoff.

Is there any way to fix ?
If i buy Bluetooth 4 dongle, will there be a solution ?
