Hello guys,

The only problem that I'm experiencing with my new macbook is that continuity (calls and messages through iphone) sometimes doesn't work.
For example, if someone sends me a message, instantly it appears in my iphone/ipad/apple watch screen, but macbook takes much more time to show the message. (It's not always, but sometimes each day).
When I experience that problem, just at this moment, it's impossible to call someone from Mac through iphone (it shows a call issue message).
I've suffered this problem my imac too, and it annoys me a lot. Could you help me please?

Thanks a lot.

Have you tried signing out from the FaceTime and messages app on your macs? Try that, wait about a minute or two and sign right back in. See if that solves your problem. I personally haven't had any problems with the continuity features since the Yosemite(10.10.x) days.

My late 2009 iMac supports calls and sms from iPhone, but it doesn't support handoff. Could it be that this iMac (without Bluetooth 4.0) is causing issues or conflicts with my new macbook? Or could it be my router configuration? Sometimes, it seems that my mac can't find the iphone, and these times are when I can't use whatsapp web/ Mac through iphone calls...I'll try to disconnect messages and facetime in my imac...
