Continuity issues with public beta

Is anyone else having issues with continuity with PB3? Its running fine on DP8 on another machine. It disappeared from the General setting. I don't know if it happened when I installed PB3 or when I did the mail update today.

Just wanted to see if anyone else had an issue. Thanks

I'm also experiencing issues with Continuity.

SMS Relay is not a problem > Apple pushed this service until October.
iMessages > working fine between iPhone 5, Macbook and iPad mini Retina.

Phone Calls > although I can actually make phone calls from Yosemite, I do not receive them in my Macbook. No notifications at all, although I made sure that all devices are connected to the same iCloud/Apple ID acount, same WiFi network and the option for iPhone Cellular calls is selected in all devices through FaceTime.

Interestingly, everything was working smoothly in Public Beta 2.

Here's hoping that Public Beta 4 (if ever is released) brings the functionality back.

Oddly phone calls in and out work fine. iMessages are fine.
But
No auto hotspot and no handoff at all.

Like I said it all works fine on DP8
