Continuity works on my 2011 MBA at last! Is this a bug?

Not sure if this is a bug but my wife just called and my iPhone 6, my watch AND my just-installed-El-Capitan 2011 MBA rang! :O
Haven't tried AirDrop and Hands Off yet but at least I can accept a call on my MBA at last. Is this a bug?

No. Every mac can accept calls. Handoff and Airdrop require 2012 macs or later.

Not a case with this machine when on Yosemite. It certainly couldn't accept call. It can now however.
