Control a PC over 3g?

I'm looking for an app I can use to control my PC over 3G. I mostly want to open/start apps from my iPhone 3GS. Mostly looking to be able to start servers on my laptop while I'm away.

For some of these you will need to configure Port Forwarding.

For RDM+ you will need to download a free client that runs and enables you to connect from 3G

For Jadu RDP there is also a client.

NOTE: Jadu RDP does not have an optimized app for the iPad. So if you plan on Jadu check their website. They have other products that use VNC and I think may be universal.

I have not used this, however I have heard good things about the priciest app, LogMeIn at 29.99. I hear the setup is easy.

Thanks. I'll have to try one of those. Hopefully they work well. Was between getting one of these and just leaving all my servers on all the time, lol. Gets annoying when I go to watch something in Airvideo and realize I forgot to start it on my laptop, lol.

I use the free version of Teamviewer. It works perfectly for my basic needs such as opening apps, starting and stopping torrents....
