Control Center lag..yet again

For whatever reason it seems that control center is cursed to stutter no matter how powerful the hardware gets. iphone 8 plus is no different. visibly laggy with frame drops.

Even while opened on the homescreen.

For some reason, I believe iOS 11 is optimized for iPhone X, because it was DESIGNED for that phone.

For some reason, contol center's frame rate depends on which app is in use.
@OP can you specify in which app did you see the stutters?

It’s mainly in some apps it lags for me which I hate. Although I prefer it, it doesn’t feel as solid as iOS 10’s. It runs smoothest and looks best on dark backgrounds but some apps it stutters badly.

i only have it set to open on the homescreen. and on the homescreen it still lags.

Clearly the Bionic chip needs a daily intake of vitamin C and vitamin E. Perhaps it needs a flue shot?

No stutter or lag whatsoever on my 8Plus. I even tried to open CC slowly to replicate the lag that was present when doing that in iOS 10.
