What is the best and easiest controller to play games with on the Mac ?

Well, I'm not much of a Mac gamer myself but I've noticed a lot of PC/Mac gamers use Xbox 360 controllers, but I don't know whether they're the most comfortable to hold or not. I guess the best way for you to find that out is by trying them out.

I use my PS3 controller with my Mac its great.
I prefer the PS3 pad to the 360 but thats my choice

OK I have a PS3 controller connected to my Mac and trying to get it to work with a game called Return To Dark Castle with no luck

I do not use or want to use Bootcamp....
