Convenient USB Port Extender?

Instead of having to turn around my computer to plug in any thumb drive, is there any type of small hub or similar where I plug it into the back and it extends to the front of my computer and sits on my desk so I can simply plug in a thumb drive...? Thanks.

Since you are talking about a USB stick (only one device) why not just get a USB male to female cable?
