Can anyone help? I'm trying either (1) to turn off threaded conversation view for mail at iCloud.com (on Firefox, if that matters) or (2) open or expand the separate emails in that combined message in the inbox.
There is a number indicating the multiple message, and what appears to be a clickable arrow, but clicking it isn't doing anything.
Mostly, I'd like to turn OFF conversation view entirely.
