Convert Flash to .mp4?

Hey guys,

I have just gotten some Flash files that I would like to convert to .mp4, I tried HB but it said no vaild source found

I would try VisualHub but that is no longer made and the source is confusing to me.

Any suggestions on how to convert?

This is an excellent little application that will download and convert most flash movies that are streamed in a browser window.

Does this work with files already downloaded?

Oh the extension is .swf if it makes a difference.
