Convert to AppleTV in Windows

Anyone know of a software package like VisualHub for Windows?

I need to convert MPEG/DivX/etc files for use in AppleTV. Multi threaded would be excellent aswell?

Handbrake is available on Windows. Although it isn't as pretty on Windows as it is on OS X.
