converted proj. to mp4... won't copy to iPhone... any advice?

Hi,
I used Visual Hub to convert a large QuickTime movie to mp4 (i had the H.264 box checked; maybe this was a mistake?). Successfully imported this mp4 file into iTunes, but this won't copy to my iPhone because "it cannot be played on this iPhone".
Any suggestions?

problem solved. I was trying the mp4 conversion; instead, you just need to use the iTunes option. Worked perfectly.
