iPod Converting AAC podcasts to MP3's but keep the embedded images...

Hi,

Is there a way of converting AAC podcasts into MP3's, whilst retaining embedded JPGs.

The problem is this, I need to convert our archive of podcasts (its these if you're interested) into MP3. I know iTunes does this easily, but it does not seem to convert the embedded image files though. Is this possible?
