Converting Blu-Ray?

After ripping a blu-ray movie with AnyDVD HD, what is the best program to convert the movie for the :apple:TV?

What are the best settings to maintain the quality?
 
Videora works. but it takes like 10 hrs or more. it sucks. I wish someone would help with a faster way. I used Gotsent, made the file perfect, plays in itunes, but wont play on my apple tv.
